Miles Prower (dubbed Tails by his friends) is an amber anthropomorphic fox with two tails, hence his nickname. He is the second member of Team Sonic. He made his debut in Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
Tails is also Sonic's main sidekick, and can spin his two tails to fly or levitate.
As of the Sonic Boom series, Tails is the Yellow member of Team Sonic.

Tails was previously voiced by Corey Bringas, Connor Bringas, William Corkery, Amy Palant, Collenn Villard and Kate Higgins.

- Although tails has amber-coloured fur, he is technically the yellow member of Team Sonic. This was correctly pointed out in the opening of the Sonic Boom series.
